The De Bazel Conference Centre, located in the heart of Amsterdam, offers luxurious banqueting facilities and organizes business events at every desired level.

The Bazel Conference Centre is a luxury conference center situated in the former headquarters of the Nederlandsche Handel-Maatschappij. It was built in an eccentric art deco style by the renowned architect Karel de Bazel and is located in the historical heart of Amsterdam. The conference center consists of various monumental rooms with an elegant classical appearance. The beautifully inlaid wooden floors, stucco ceilings with chandeliers, exquisite mantelpieces, stylish tapestries and paintings, and the unique stained glass windows create a special ambiance for your meeting, presentation, or reception.

We have excellent banqueting facilities and cater to every desired level. Meetings, business events, and gatherings can take place in the unique, grand Koningszaal, where the central board of the Handel-Maatschappij used to meet, as well as in the six other rooms, the former boardrooms. All rooms have been restored to their old grandeur and are well-suited for various occasions.

Our personal approach and attention to your guests ensure a seamlessly organized meeting in every aspect. We combine rich history and a charming environment with contemporary hospitality and strive for a successful event, whether it's a business meeting, seminar, state visit, or informal reception.

Arrangements
Given our location in the center of Amsterdam between the Keizers- and Herengracht, we can make use of all facilities in the immediate vicinity. There is our 'Meet & Sleep' arrangement with the top hotel Banks Mansion, literally located 50 meters from De Bazel. We also gladly arrange a high-quality dinner on one of the most beautiful salon boats in Amsterdam, where one of the finest decors in the Netherlands unfolds before you: the Amsterdam canals.

To make your gathering at De Bazel extra special, we also offer a (short or longer) guided tour of the unique building, taking you and your guests past the immense art deco bank vault complex, the prestigious 18th-century Italian room in the building, and the former bank president's room.

Accessibility
De Bazel is within walking distance of Central Station and easily accessible by public transport, which stops right in front of the main entrance. There is also ample parking in nearby parking garages. Of course, we can arrange a valet parking service for you as well.
