You can organize your complete business event right by the sea here. From presentations to beach activities, dinner, and parties: everything happens at one location.

Beachclub Far Out is located directly on the beach of Zandvoort. The venue has three indoor spaces, a large terrace, and the beach as an extra playing field. Here you can organize meetings, team days, company parties, product presentations, and relationship events. The spaces can be used separately or connected together. This way, you can tailor the program around your group and goals.

Good to know: Beachclub Far Out is a seasonal venue. The location is closed annually from about mid-October to mid-February. Planning an event in spring, summer, or early autumn? Then you can optimally combine indoors, terrace, and beach. However, we are available all year round.

Why choose Beachclub Far Out?

At Beachclub Far Out, you don't have to choose between content and relaxation. You can combine both elements within the same program.

Start calmly with coffee on the terrace. Then move inside for a presentation or meeting. After lunch, your team can head straight to the beach. Later, everyone returns for drinks, a BBQ, or dinner.

Do you want to end the day with music or a party? You can also do that at the same location.

This makes Beachclub Far Out interesting for programs with different moments. You don't have to move guests, materials, or suppliers in between.

Rooms and capacity

Beachclub Far Out has three different indoor spaces and a spacious terrace:

• Patio: suitable for up to 60 guests
• Beach House: suitable for up to 110 guests
• Restaurant: suitable for up to 220 guests
• Terrace: space for up to 500 guests
• The indoor spaces can be used separately or connected

This way, you can choose a separate space for a smaller group. For larger events, you can combine multiple spaces, the terrace, and the beach.

From meeting to beach and drinks

The location by the sea determines the atmosphere, but not your program. Inside and outside easily flow into each other here.

Imagine a team day. You start inside with a plenary session. Then colleagues split into smaller parts. After lunch, the group heads to the beach for an activity.

At the end of the afternoon, the terrace awaits. There, drinks begin while you overlook the sea. Then everyone sits down for a BBQ, shared dining, or dinner.

Afterwards, the program can continue with a DJ or live act.

The reverse works as well. Start outside and then move inside. With three indoor spaces, you can switch if the beach weather is disappointing.

This way, the venue adapts to the program, not the other way around.

One point of contact for your complete event

A business event often consists of more than just a space and catering. Therefore, Beachclub Far Out can also take care of other aspects of the organization.

Think of AV technology, lighting, and sound. But also team building, workshops, and entertainment. For a product launch or brand event, styling, signage, and branding are possible.

Photography, video, and a photo booth can also be added. Shuttle transportation or coaches can be part of the organization.

Far Out works with a network of fixed partners for this. The team coordinates planning and suppliers among themselves.

For you, this mainly means clarity. You have one point of contact for the entire event.

Food and drinks from our own kitchen and bars

Lunch, drinks, shared dining, dinner, and BBQ are provided by Far Out. Drink arrangements can also be tailored to the program.

Accessibility and practical information

Beachclub Far Out is located on the boulevard of Zandvoort. Zandvoort aan Zee station is about a ten-minute walk away. There are several parking lots and garages in the vicinity.

Is your group coming together? Then guests can be dropped off nearby. Shuttle transportation from a station, parking lot, or hotel can be arranged.

Overnight stays are also possible in the immediate area. Zandvoort has hotels and apartments for individual guests and groups.

Need technology for a presentation or party? Lighting, sound, and AV can be provided. Discuss in advance what your program needs. This way, you know what to expect.
