Blossem is located in the old raw boiler house of the Nibb-it factory. In the beautiful industrial building, which has a warm and stylish interior, the staff is ready to organize every event down to the last detail.
From food truck festivals, (Christmas)dinners, barbecues, walking dinners to parties, there are countless options both indoors and outside on the large terrace that we are happy to adapt to your wishes. In the smaller inner garden, we warmly welcome you for an intimate reception, drinks, lunch, or dinner.
Additionally, the beautiful bright industrial space is perfect for (product) presentations, meetings, and photoshoots.
With local products and the seasons held in high regard, the kitchen team gladly prepares the most beautiful dishes to your taste. Of course, any dietary wishes or allergens will be taken into account.

Blossem was a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant building is interesting enough to warrant a visit but the food and service were more than a match. The serving staff delivered and described the food with great charm in either Dutch or English Portions were large enough as it was a tasting menu. We left satisfied but not over full. I highly recommend Blossem. It offers relaxed fine dining a rare blend!
