Bosque is the ideal location for both large and small gatherings. We have different types of rooms suitable for groups of up to about 450 people. Want to hold a meeting or organize an event in a green, atmospheric, and inspiring environment? Then Bosque is the right place for you!

Trees in Bosque

With a view of the trees in the orchard and the Imbosch behind, talking about various topics with your colleagues will surely succeed. Our lovely spacious meeting rooms are all yours and not shared with other groups. Coffee, tea, and treats are served from a cozy coffee corner, and we bring the tasty lunch at the desired time to the room or serve it outside, just as you wish. This way, you keep the focus on the topics that need to be discussed. 

Bosque is also an ideal location for conferences of up to 250 people. Since we have multiple rooms, we can set up one room as a conference space and use another room for catering moments like the reception, lunch, and drinks. We have plenty of fun energizers to wake the participants up again, such as a short relaxing forest walk after lunch or an archery clinic; this way, you will achieve your goals!

Get outside!

Combine your business gathering with a fun outdoor activity! From Bosque, you can hop on a mountain bike and take the nearby mountain bike route. Upon your return, our chefs will have the Green Egg fired up, and you can enjoy the tastiest treats from the Green Egg after you’ve freshened up. You can also choose to go out with the forest ranger to closely observe nature and learn more about it. Or hop on the E-chopper and take a tour of the beautiful sights of Eerbeek and its surroundings. The possibilities are endless.
