You continue to be amazed at ECC Leiden, the most creative meeting location and hotspot in South Holland. Meet in one of the 15 trendy meeting rooms or brainstorm at The Pool, the relaxed hub, the vintage Greenhouse or the 80's Classroom. This is not only one of the nicest locations for meetings and small events, but certainly a very surprising one.

Innovative hotspots
ECC Leiden has been completely renovated and restyled, with all 15 rooms being upgraded with an industrial look & feel. Good for meetings & events from 2 to 300 people. Nice innovative hotspots have recently been added such as The Pool, The Terrace, The Canteen and The Classroom. This allows us to give our guests a total experience for all kinds of gatherings where enjoyment and inspiration are central. Together with the healthy food concepts of catering by Dames Dietz, ECC Leiden offers a surprising location for your meeting. In addition, we offer the excellent service of our meeting hosts who are at your service throughout the day for questions, extras and changes. 

Let's get acquainted
With a mix between vintage and Mediterranean atmospheres, The Greenhouse has been created on the terrace. Here our meeting guests can enjoy their lunch or drinks in a trendy greenhouse or simply relax on the couch. But this welcome addition to the terrace is also an excellent choice as a break-out space or informal meeting. The Greenhouse is heated so you can stay here all year round.

In 2023 we opened The Classroom. A small-scale auditorium for 32 people is the starting point for this meeting room. If there are fewer people, the chairs can be folded down to form a table, which may be desirable for seminars or a workshop. Also, The Classroom is suitable for a reception, film presentation, training or studio for hybrid meetings. The hip, inspiring environment will do it all!

The Pool is by far the most inspiring hotspot at our location. Are you looking for something different? Here you will experience a unique ambiance in a former hotel pool. Previously you had only access in swimwear, but nowadays you can have comfortably meetings or organize a pool party, small wedding ceremony, drinks or a brainstorm session. Completed by original lifebuoys, swimming hook, beach chairs and the tiles all around you. Supplemented with today's comfort such as comfortable chairs, the latest technology, a lovely coffee corner, lounge areas and cozy lighting. It is clear that this will stimulate creativity. Add some background music and your meeting certainly surprises all.ECC Leiden offers:
