The kitchen brigade cooks with beef from their own farm and other local quality products according to the Slow Food principle 'think global, eat local'.
The heritage features various beautiful spaces for training and meetings, such as the Hooizolder and 't Bouwmenneke. There are also several outdoor options for gathering, such as the covered terrace and the witches' circle.
