Looking for the perfect location for your conference or fair? Organizing a staff party or anniversary? At Flint, you are at the right place!

In the middle of the country, on the edge of the historic center of Amersfoort, lies Flint theater, events, and conferences. Flint has two larger halls: the AFAS Theater Hall and hallo, ICT City Hall. These can be rented separately or together. Depending on the chosen setup, the spaces are suitable for 100 to 1,250 people.

The classic AFAS Theater Hall and the industrial hallo, ICT City Hall have all modern technical facilities with professional support. In addition to these large halls, Flint also has smaller intimate sub-spaces, each with its unique appearance and atmosphere.

Of course, you want to provide your guests with all conveniences: a pleasant location, central location, and good food. At Flint, all technical and catering facilities are already in place. With our extensive experience in organizing events and hosting guests, this means a successful event is guaranteed!

We have our own kitchen and catering team. And you can taste and feel that! A healthy lunch, a luxury dinner, or an extensive drink: we are happy to take care of it. Suppliers from Amersfoort and the surrounding area guarantee the best ingredients.
Are you going for the conscious menu that stands for responsible and healthy, or does comfort suit your event better? We offer a varied menu that every visitor will enjoy. Of course, we take into account all diets and allergies. We adjust our menu to individual preferences.

Studio
Flint offers four studios under one theater roof for your livestream or hybrid event. In a decor of a cozy living room, in the midst of theater plush, or with a talk show setting. With high-quality technical facilities, we create the desired atmosphere for your online meeting.

AFAS Theater Hall
This classic theater hall offers:
• The real theater feeling. From an intimate setting to a grand event
• A stage with endless possibilities for decor and lighting
• The chance to be in the spotlight yourself, such as a sub-session or drink on stage
• A hall capacity of 150 to 800 people
• Theater setting in the intimate theater hall for 150 to 400 people
• Large event including first and second balcony for up to 800 people

Inspire and surprise your audience. In the intimate warm setting of the theater hall, presentations come into their own. The hall is suitable for 150 to 800 visitors.

On stage
The stage - where the artists usually stand in the spotlight - is also a unique place for a part of your event, dinner, or reception. The hall with many lights is the decor. There is space for 100 dining guests up to a maximum of 400 reception guests.

hallo, ICT City Hall
This industrial hall offers:
• A flexible space with a flat floor and fixed stage. This allows for the right setting for every event
• Exactly the size you need; the space can be adjusted to your number of visitors
• A hall capacity of 100 to 800 people
• A party location for up to 1250 people

Multifunctional
The industrial style elements and LED lighting give the hall a contemporary character. This multifunctional hall is very suitable for various types of events and parties, such as:
• Conference with theater setup for 100 to 800 people
• Fair floor with catering area for up to 600 people
• Parties or drinks for up to 1250 people
• Lower house setup for up to 400 people
• Sitting down dinner for up to 400 people
• Walking dinner for up to 600 people
• Intimate setting with tribune for concerts of 100 to 800 people

Every day different
The enchanting City Hall changes almost daily in shape and function. We adapt the hall to your event. For illustration: in the afternoon, the hall has a conference setup with tribune, and in the adjacent foyer, there is space for stands and a delicious lunch. In the evening, the hall offers space for a sparkling drink with a DJ.

The Events & Conferences department is responsible for your (business) event at Flint.
Together with the Technical and Catering departments, we ensure that your meeting is a guaranteed success. We work personally with you and ensure that you have one contact person throughout the entire process.
