With four unique conference centers, each with enough rooms in various sizes, Jaarbeurs always has a suitable space for both large international conferences and smaller, intimate gatherings. Additionally, large fairs and events can be hosted in the 10 halls of the exhibition and conference building, and we welcome intimate meetings and training sessions in the Jaarbeurs MeetUp meeting center.

Well-accessible location for everyone
Our event location in Utrecht is the place for organizing a variety of small and large events, live and online. The location, in the heart of the country, is ideal for every visitor. Are you coming by public transport? Jaarbeurs is within walking distance of Utrecht Central station and is therefore easily accessible by train, bus, and tram. With over 3000 parking spaces and nearly 50 charging stations, there is plenty of parking available. Organizing a large event for big groups is therefore not a problem. 

The vibrant center of Utrecht is just around the corner and offers many extras for your guests. Additionally, you will find several hotels in the immediate area that you can book through Jaarbeurs.
