With SEAson Arsenaal, Dennis and Gabriëlle take their guests into the best that gastronomy and hospitality have to offer. In the fantastic ambiance, SEAson offers accessible fine dining, with seasonal fish in the spotlight, where a good piece of meat and vegetarian options are also clearly present. The kitchen is characterized by simplicity, flavor, and quality.
At SEAson, everything is possible: private dining, walking dinners, weddings, private parties, full restaurant rental, sit-down dinners, business events, meetings, etc. everything is negotiable.
The location has a beautiful restaurant, a conservatory overlooking the terrace, and a fantastic terrace looking out over the arsenal, with sun all day and sheltered from the wind.
SEAson Arsenaal – a name to remember in Naarden Vesting
The first stone of the military accommodation was laid around the year 1688. Interior architect Jan des Bouvrie took a bold step to set up ‘Het Arsenaal’ as a living shop and showroom for his designs, which then developed into a leading concept for design, luxury, jewelry, and lifestyle. The spirit of Jan continues at this historic place.
Gastronomically, a mark is made on the Arsenaal by Paul Fagel. At the request of Jan des Bouvrie, he took on the challenge of running a restaurant and brasserie in 1991, which in February 2023 led to the award of the Lifetime Achievement Award from Gault&Millau.
