With SEAson Arsenaal, Dennis and Gabriëlle take their guests on a journey through the best that gastronomy and hospitality have to offer. In the fantastic ambiance, SEAson offers accessible fine dining, with seasonal fish taking center stage, where a good piece of meat and vegetarian options are also clearly present. The kitchen is characterized by simplicity, flavor, and quality.

At SEAson, anything is possible: private dining, walking dinners, weddings, private parties, total restaurant rental, sit-down dinners, business events, meetings, etc. everything is negotiable.

The location features a beautiful restaurant, a conservatory overlooking the terrace, and a fantastic terrace facing the arsenal, with sun all day and sheltered from the wind.

SEAson Arsenaal – a concept in Naarden Vesting

The first stone of the military accommodation was laid around the year 1688. Interior architect Jan des Bouvrie took a bold step to design 'Het Arsenaal' as a living shop and showroom for his designs, which then developed into a leading concept for design, luxury, jewelry, and lifestyle. The spirit of Jan continues at this historic location.

Gastronomically, a mark is made on the Arsenal by Paul Fagel. At the request of Jan des Bouvrie, he takes on the challenge of managing a restaurant and brasserie in 1991, which leads to the awarding of the Lifetime Achievement Award from Gault&Millau in February 2023.
