The Yūgen Experience
After a short walk, the team arrives at Slot Roggebot, a serene outdoor location, where a welcome awaits with freshly brewed coffee or tea and homemade treats. The day begins in the stylish tower room – equipped with a flatscreen and flip chart – for a private program, followed by an energetic lunch with seasonal dishes sourced locally or from our own land.

After lunch, an enthusiastic guided tour through the regenerative market garden, led by farmer Rick, leads to new insights and inspiration. The afternoon takes place in the antique greenhouse, at long tables, including dinner in a relaxed setting. In the evening, teams unwind in the sauna or hot tub, after which they gather around the campfire for a reflective moment. Overnight stays are in comfortable off-grid cabins or cozy glamping tents.

The next morning begins with yoga or meditation in the giant tipi amidst a blooming flower field. After a nourishing breakfast, the team continues in the tower room, with breakout sessions in the back room or outside at long tables to develop new plans. Lunch comes once again from our own land. The afternoon program includes tailored choices such as a silent walk, cooking workshop, creative session, or ice bath under the guidance of experienced facilitators. An inspiring speaker or trainer then joins in the cozy forest room, after which the wood-fired pizza oven or BBQ is lit in the evening, and the campfire once again fosters connection.

On the last morning, meditation or yoga is on the agenda again. After breakfast, an integration session follows in the tower room, where the team makes decisions, sets direction, and deepens trust. Inspired and connected, the team returns home fulfilled.
