B. Amsterdam is the startup hub of Amsterdam, offering three distinct buildings (B.1, B.2, and B.3) that provide the perfect setting to elevate any event to success. We're here to fuel your motivation and inspiration, foster connections, ignite creativity, and offer full-service solutions. B. is a dynamic environment where something is always happening—a city within a building. Here, you can work, meet, exercise, socialize, and celebrate.

// Event Spaces
Our motto is "Everything is possible," and that holds true in one of our 35 rooms (for 6 to 800 people). B. offers a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere where anything is possible, from conferences to parties and dinners. Imagine barbecuing on the rooftop terrace with your event guests. We also offer various team-building activities, including escape games, extensive quizzes, energizers, or padel clinics. From DJs to live music, background ambiance to sing-alongs, the sky is the limit.

// Meetings
All our spaces come standard with basic room setup, existing furniture, and basic AV equipment. However, we can arrange any setup you desire and have an in-house AV partner for additional technical support. Need extra technical assistance? Just let us know, and we'll handle it!

// Studios
Our fully equipped (green screen) studios offer limitless possibilities in the digital and virtual realms. Events can be live-streamed to attendees at different locations. Using our green screen studio, you can record messages from any (virtual) location in the world. Webinars, livestreams, and online courses are often produced in our studios.

With a professional and experienced team of technicians, we've successfully hosted memorable events, conferences, concerts, and theater shows in our studios. Our studios are available for green screen productions, livestreams, interviews, e-learning, talk shows, webinars, and product launches.

// Bar Bistro Bureau
Call it a bar. Call it a bistro. Call it your workspace. Or your living room. It's the place where our chef's creations speak for themselves, and where you can dine at a table or have a drink at the bar—or both, if that's your preference. This space is highly versatile and can be used for cocktail parties, dinners, and corporate events.

With one of the largest rooftop gardens in Amsterdam, Bar Bistro Bureau is the perfect spot for enjoying a beer while playing a game of boules on one of our courts or hosting a fully catered BBQ for your group.

Bar Bistro Bureau can be reserved for private dinners and parties. Soundproof panels hang between the windows, allowing Bar Bistro Bureau to transform into a club. From DJs to live music, background ambiance to sing-alongs, we cater to your event's unique needs. If you have specific requirements for your event, we're happy to collaborate and provide a customized quote.

// Food & Beverage
Since 2020, Vermaat has been our food & beverage partner. We offer catering services that range from breakfast to dinner, and everything in between. We're only satisfied when we've fulfilled all your culinary desires. Our products are fairtrade, fresh, and artisanal, often locally sourced. We're your culinary partner, whether you're craving a simple snack or a Michelin-star meal, for small and intimate gatherings or grand celebrations. // Padel
Last but not least, B. Amsterdam is the ultimate padel club in Amsterdam. Looking for a sporty event with your colleagues, family, or sports team? We have six indoor padel courts (five doubles and one single), perfect for corporate competitions, friendly tournaments, or company clinics. Rackets and balls are available for rent on-site.

Here you will find practical information about the location.

  • Parking is available at B. Amsterdam on the parking deck, with space for 600 cars. From Johan Huizingalaan, drive straight ahead until you reach the Smart City Hub, then turn right at the end and drive around the building. Afterward, drive up to the parking deck. The parking costs are €2 per hour with a maximum of €12 per day. We can provide exit tickets for all guests.

  • B. Amsterdam is easily accessible by public transport. Below are various options for reaching B. Amsterdam using public transport. // tram Take tram line 2, get off at Louwesweg, and continue on foot. // train Stop at Lelylaan and continue with the metro. // metro Take metro lines 50 & 51, get off at Henk Sneevlietweg, and continue on foot. // bus Bus line 68 departs from Henk Sneevlietweg and stops at the following bus stops: Amsterdam Sloterweg, Amsterdam IBM & John M. Keynesplein.

  • Within walking distance of B. Amsterdam are several hotels where you can stay overnight. We can also arrange this for you.

  • At B. Amsterdam we work with our preferred catering partner. Therefore, it is not possible to bring your own catering. We are very happy to think with you and try to find appropriate solutions for your wishes!

  • 7.1 B. has the right to cancel or suspend the execution of the Agreement if B. has a well-founded suspicion and/or reason for believing that the Customer will not be able to fulfil his/her/its obligations under this or other Agreement(s), whether in part or in full. 7.2 Cancellation by the Customer must be made in writing and dated. No rights can be derived from a spoken cancellation. A cancellation can only be deemed valid if this has been signed by the Customer and was received by B. 7.3 In the event of a postponement or cancellation (whether in part or in full) by the Customer, the Customer will be held to pay B. compensation based on the following calculation method: (a) In the event of a cancellation more than 6 (six) months prior to the Production Date 10% of the Price will be owed. (b) In the event of a cancellation exactly 6 (six) months prior to the Production Date or between 6 (six) and 4 (four) months before the Production Date 20% of the Price will be owed. (c) In the event of a cancellation exactly a (four) months prior to the Production Date or between 4 (four) and 2 (two) months before the Production Date 50% of the Price will be owed. (d) In the event of a cancellation exactly 2 (two) months prior to the Production Date or between 2 (two) and 1 (one) month(s) before the Production Date 75% of the Price will be owed. (e) In the event of a cancellation exactly 1 (one) month or less prior to the Production Date 100% of the Price will be owed. 7.4 If the Customer postpones the Event, this will be considered a cancellation unless a new Production Date is set in mutual consultation with B. on which the Event can still take place and an agreement has been reached with regard to the buy-out sum owed by the Customer to cover any costs incurred by B. prior to the postponement (insofar as any costs were indeed incurred). 7.5 In the event of a partial cancellation the percentages listed in Article 7.3 will be applied to that part of the Price that is related to the number of Guests and/or programme component and/or activity to which the partial cancellation relates. 7.6 If the Event is not cancelled, but cannot take place, whether in part or in its entirety, for a reason that can be attributed to the Customer, the Customer will also owe B. 100% of the Price.

  • // from Utrecht follow the “Amsterdam” signs on the A2. At the interchange “Knooppunt De Nieuwe Meer” keep right, follow signs for E222/A10/s107 toward Ring-West/Leeuwarden/Zaanstad/Amsterdam Slotervaart and continue on A10. Exit A10 ate Amsterdam-Slotervaart(s107) and turn left onto Henk Sneevlietweg/s107. B. Amsterdam is located after 250 m on the left. // via A10 take the A10 ramp to Ring s104/Den Haag/Utrecht. Keep left, follow signs for “Den Haag/Utrecht” and merge onto A10. Take the s107 exit toward Slotervaart/Sloten/Oud Zuid. Turn right onto Henk Sneevlietweg/s107. This road turns left and becomes Johan Huizingalaan. B. Amsterdam is located after 250 m on the left.
