About the venue

Bohiem prepares intimate dinners over an open fire with local and wild ingredients. Pit cooking, fermenting, hot and cold smoking, and cooking in clay; our chefs will take you on a culinary adventure in the outdoor kitchen. After dinner, you can relax around the campfire with a cocktail and s’mores. The night ends in a luxury tent, which is left in the morning for a delicious breakfast and fresh coffee. Bohiem is located in a magical spot in the Flevopolder. 

We will reopen in the summer of 2025!
