De Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam

In the heart of Amsterdam lies the Hortus Botanicus, one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world. During the four centuries of our existence, a collection of plants has been gathered in our greenhouses and garden that offers a unique environment for your meeting, reception, or dinner with its diverse greenery.

Events
In this historic garden, you will find the monumental buildings of the Orangery and the Palm House. Both venues are available for rent. Both the Orangery and the Palm House have a strong character of their own and provide direct access to the garden.

Meetings
Consulting, brainstorming, or presenting in an inspiring environment. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, the Hortus offers a peaceful, green location for your gathering. You can extend your meeting with a lunch or a guided tour of the garden.

Dinner
The Orangery is an atmospheric setting for a festive dinner. Dining can take place both indoors and outdoors. Together with our carefully selected caterers, we can create customized menus.

Guided Tours
Of course, you can also treat your guests to a special guided tour of our garden. A great break between two heavy meeting points, or as a prelude to dinner.
