• De Pier has 2 large parking garages within walking distance. Interparking Boulevard has 670 parking spaces and 25 charging spaces. APCOA Parking Strand has 2000 parking spaces for which we can provide exit tickets.

• To reach De Pier by car, follow the directions below, taking possible traffic changes into account: 1. From Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Utrecht: - Follow the A4 towards The Hague - Take the Den Haag-Zuid exit towards Kijkduin/Scheveningen - Follow the signs towards Scheveningen Bad 2. From The Hague Center: - Follow the signs towards Scheveningen Bad - You can also follow the Nieuwe Parklaan and then take the Van Alkemadelaan towards Scheveningen 3. Parking: - Once in Scheveningen, follow the signs to 'Scheveningen Bad'. - Various parking options are available, including parking garages and parking lots in the vicinity of De Pier.

• The Pier is easily accessible by public transport. From The Hague Central Station, take tram 9 to the Kurhaus stop. From the center of The Hague, take tram 1 to the Kurhaus stop. This is a 5-minute walk from De Pier.

• De Pier has 11 hotel rooms. Each suite offers a view of the sea and the boulevard of Scheveningen. In addition, there are several hotels within walking distance, such as Kurhaus, Carlton Beach or Ramada Scheveningen.

• De Pier has its own catering. In agreement, it is possible to bring your own caterer. Please contact us for this.

• De Pier has a continuous catering permit. We are happy to coordinate the end time of an event with you.

• If the client wishes to cancel the agreement, the client must inform De Horeca Pier B.V. in writing. to share. De Pier Horeca B.V. follows the uniform catering conditions regarding the cancellation of a group reservation and charges the following cancellation costs: - more than 6 months before the reserved time, 0% of the total quotation amount; - more than 3 months before the reserved time, 10% of the total quotation amount; - more than 2 months before the reserved time, 15% of the total quotation amount; - more than 1 month before the reserved time, 35% of the total quotation amount; - more than 14 days before the reserved time, 60% of the total quotation amount; - more than 7 days before the reserved time, 85% of the total quotation amount; - less than 7 days before the reserved time, 100% of the total quotation amount. The date of cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation by De Pier Horeca B.V. has been received and this receipt has been confirmed. In the event that the customer wishes to make changes to the program of the quotation before or during the event, provided that such change is possible, the customer will be liable for all costs resulting therefrom. The Client is entitled to move the Event once. The costs that the Client owes De Pier for this amount to half of the costs of the cancellation costs referred to in Article 5.2. If the Event is subsequently canceled, the Client will owe 85% cancellation costs - regardless of the term for the Event and in addition to the provisions of this article. Rescheduling an Event is only possible once. De Pier Horeca BV is entitled to terminate the Agreement at any time for reasons of its own without being obliged to pay any compensation or reimbursement.
