The Werkspoorkathedraal is an impressive industrial location just a stone's throw away from the vibrant center of Utrecht.

Industrial heritage
The location has been the setting for building steel constructions, including trains and bridges, since 1960. The Assembly Hall is 23 meters high and has an area of over 5,000 square meters. Anyone who enters for the first time will confirm that 'cathedral' is an appropriate name. The original elements of the old factory are still visible and enhance the industrial character of the location.

Inspiring events
Creativity and craftsmanship are two concepts that characterize The Werkspoorkathedraal. For both small-scale and huge events (up to 3,500 visitors), the location offers many possibilities. In addition to the robust Assembly Hall, The Werkspoorkathedraal has one breakout room and it is possible to create your own subspaces. The original Washing Room of 330 m2, where the concrete basins make the space unique in its kind, can be used multifunctionally during your event. It is also possible to rent just the Washing Room for your event.
