The industrial atmosphere of the building, originally a machine workshop on the grounds of the Rotterdam Water Company, has been preserved as a conference and event location after a thorough renovation and recent restyling.

HAL4 on the Maas is located next to the stately Water Tower in Kralingen-Crooswijk and is easily accessible from the highway, the water, and public transportation. A great plus of HAL4 on the Maas is the free parking, so your guests will not face high parking costs after your meeting.

Theater Hall
The Theater Hall has a capacity for conferences and dinners of up to 250 people and corporate and staff parties of up to 500 people. In combination with the Maaslounge, HAL4 on the Maas is suitable for parties of up to 650 people. We also have two break-out rooms.

The Theater Hall is fully furnished with various furniture in a stylish and modern ambiance. The hall is equipped with a fixed stage, sufficient theater lighting, sound, and projection equipment.

MaasLounge
The MaasLounge on the first floor has a magnificent view over the Maas. When you stand outside on the balcony, you can breathe in the harbor atmosphere of Rotterdam.
This fully furnished and modern hall has a capacity for conferences (90 plenary, with projector and large screen) and dinners of up to 120 people and parties of up to 150 people.
