The industrial atmosphere of the building, originally a machine workshop on the premises of the Drinking Water Company Rotterdam, has been preserved as a conference and event location after a thorough renovation and recent restyling.

Hal4 aan de Maas is located next to the stately Water Tower in Kralingen-Crooswijk and is easily accessible from the highway, the water, and public transport. A major plus of Hal4 aan de Maas is the free parking, so your guests won’t face high parking costs after your meeting.

Theater Room
The Theater Room has a capacity for conferences and dinners of up to 250 people and corporate and staff parties of up to 450 people. In combination with the Maaslounge, HAL4 aan de Maas is suitable for parties of up to 600 people. We also have two break-out rooms.

The Theater Room is fully furnished with various furniture in a stylish and modern ambiance. The room is equipped with a fixed stage, sufficient theater lighting, sound, and projection equipment.

Maas Lounge
The Maas Lounge on the first floor has a magnificent view over the Maas. When you stand outside on the balcony, you breathe in the harbor atmosphere of Rotterdam.
This fully furnished and modern room has a capacity for conferences and dinners of up to 120 people and parties of up to 150 people.
