HAL4 aan de Maas

HAL4.1 in Rotterdam is a multifunctional event location by the Nieuwe Maas with a stunning view of the skyline. HAL4 by the Maas is a unique and surprising location for your congress or meeting. We are a so-called all-in location, which means you know almost immediately what you’ll spend on organizing your event. No long list of additional costs here, but a price that includes the use of lighting, sound, furniture, stage, dressing rooms, etc. The entire venue is also equipped with air conditioning, so you can welcome your guests in a pleasant atmosphere even in the summer.

The industrial atmosphere of the building, originally a machine workshop on the site of the Drinking Water Company Rotterdam, has been preserved as a congress and event location after a thorough renovation and recent restyling.

HAL4 by the Maas is located next to the stately Water Tower in Kralingen-Crooswijk and is easily accessible from the highway, by water, and by public transport. A big plus of HAL4 by the Maas is the free parking, so your guests won’t face hefty parking fees after your meeting.

Theater Hall
The Theater Hall has a capacity for congresses and dinners of up to 250 people and corporate and staff parties of up to 450 people. In combination with the Maas Lounge, HAL4 by the Maas is suitable for parties of up to 600 people. We also have two break-out rooms.

The Theater Hall is fully furnished with various furniture in a stylish and modern ambiance. The hall is equipped with a fixed stage, sufficient theater lighting, sound, and projection equipment.

Maas Lounge
The Maas Lounge on the first floor has a magnificent view over the Maas. When you stand outside on the balcony, you can breathe in the harbor atmosphere of Rotterdam.
This fully furnished and modern hall has a capacity for congresses and dinners of up to 120 people and parties of up to 150 people.
