The cancellation conditions are as follows. These are in effect after the quotation is confirmed by House of Bird: - Within 4 weeks before the event date, we will charge 50% of the total cost of the quotation. - Within 2 weeks before the event date, we charge 75% of the total cost of the quotation. - Within 1 week before the event date, we charge 100% of the total cost of the quotation. - In case of a change, cancellation or a no-show on the day itself, we charge 100% of the total cost of the quotation. You can inform us of the final number of people up to 4 days before the event, provided it does not deviate by more than 10% from the originally booked number of people. A change of more than 10% can be communicated until 1 week before arrival at the latest. In case of a last-minute change, we will have to charge the agreed number of arrangements.

House of Bird Diemerbos is easy to reach by car. The location is near the Diemen interchange where motorways A1 and A9 meet. House of Bird is a three-minute drive from the A1 motorway.
