The Broedplaats is a bright space, specially designed for creative sessions. Here you can develop ideas, work out plans, or hold brainstorming sessions in a calm and inspiring environment. The space is located in the middle of the Diemerbos and offers a view of the greenery. Ideal for workshops, training sessions, and other gatherings.

Nice workspace with practical tools

In the Broedplaats, you will find everything you need to get started in a structured and creative way. There is a large screen for presentations. Additionally, there is a whiteboard where you can immediately jot down ideas. The space is suitable for sessions with a maximum of 30 people, depending on the setup. The adjacent space - Kraaiennest - can also be included, increasing the capacity to 45 people.

Private rooftop terrace by the forest edge

Unique to the Broedplaats is the large rooftop terrace that directly adjoins the space. You look out over the terrace and the trees of the Diemerbos. Ideal for a short break, an outdoor working session, or a lunch moment with fresh air and a view. The rooftop terrace adds extra space and tranquility to your day.

Everything taken care of down to the last detail

Do you need lunch, coffee, drinks, or something extra? Our team at House of Bird is happy to take care of it. We mostly work with pure ingredients and offer tailor-made packages. A closing drink or tasting with our own beers (18 of our own beers on tap) completes the experience.

Quickly accessible, yet in the middle of nature

The Broedplaats is just 15 minutes from Amsterdam and 2 minutes from exit S114. There is free parking within walking distance and public transport is nearby. The location is perfect for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, but still want to meet in a practical and professional way.
