About the venue
In the midst of the floodplains of the Rhine, in the protected nature reserve Meinerswijk near Arnhem, lies the LEEFFabriek. A former brick factory from 1928 that has been transformed into a characterful location for meetings, leadership sessions, and multi-day programs with overnight accommodations on-site.
Here, you literally step out of the daily dynamics and enter an environment where nature, history, and focus come together. The industrial oven spaces and heating areas have been preserved and today form inspiring meeting and training spaces with character — a place where walls whisper stories and the past tangibly contributes to new ideas. The view over the river and the space around the building ensure that conversations deepen and plans become concrete.
Organizations choose the LEEFFabriek when they want to enrich their meeting with meaningful experiences. A strategy day gains extra impact when teams embark on Expedition Team Strength together, build a "Bridge to Success," or explore the nature reserve under the guidance of the ranger. Culinary experiences are also linked to the experience. On the terrace, our chef prepares an Argentine grill while guests look out over the Rhine and remain engaged in conversation with a drink in hand. Cooking outdoors becomes a connecting moment around fire and flavor. From an interactive cooking workshop to a refined 1-, 2-, or 3-course dinner or a food truck concept in various themes — every arrangement is tailored to the goal of the program.
For multi-day meetings, authentic oven rooms offer comfortable overnight accommodations on-site, allowing teams to truly delve into topics and stay together from evening program to breakfast in one place.
Additionally, the LEEFFabriek is exclusively available for events such as a wine tasting, product presentation, wedding, leadership program, or substantive symposium.
