About the venue

The stylish Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is conveniently located near the highways A4 and A9 in the small suburb of Lijnden, just ten minutes from Schiphol, a 15-minute drive from the Amsterdam Zuidas business district, and 25 minutes by tram from the city center. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport and has its own parking lot with a capacity of 300 cars. From October 1, 2023, a ticket costing € 5 is required for the shuttle for round trips from the hotel to the airport. Shuttle tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception.

The flexible meeting rooms bring the outdoors inside, with an interior design that reflects the local environment of the hotel. The 20 meeting rooms feature natural daylight and an integrated AV system. The meeting rooms can accommodate up to 450 participants for conferences and 200 participants for residential meetings. Participants can use the breakout area “The Greenery” to brainstorm or relax.
