RAUM

RAUM is committed to public spaces where everyone feels welcome. We achieve this by designing these spaces in a slightly different and more creative way. At the Berlin Square in Utrecht, we connect different people and living worlds with each other, using art, culture, and design. 

Our neighborhood restaurant Venster is fully circular where you can enjoy a drink, but also a delicious lunch, dinner, or snacks made from local products.

Location
Your guests are immediately out of their daily environment at RAUM, and creativity can flow. We have various spaces available, each with its own character, all set up for comfortable meetings in a special setting.

In the meeting room of Venster, you have the option for a long table discussion or several small table discussions. The workshop and catering space can be arranged for, for example, an active workshop space or a plenary session. Besides Venster, we also rent out our warehouse, the Makershouse, and even our entire grounds. 

Makershouse

The Makershouse is located in the middle of the square and is the place where we offer creative makers from Utrecht a venue to present themselves. This space is suitable for groups of up to 10 people. 

The Warehouse
The Warehouse (80 m2) is an inspiring space that can be set up in many ways for use by groups. A meeting or workshop can accommodate a group of up to about 30 people, and a reception can host up to about 50 people. In the Warehouse, you have access to a large screen and flipchart.

The Pavilion

The fully circular Pavilion designed by Overtreders W can be adapted in all possible ways for meetings. We can divide the space (220 m2) so that it is suitable for meetings, workshops, or presentations for up to about 50 people, or a combination of these. There is also a separate room for smaller groups (up to about 14 people). Receptions can accommodate up to about 80 people. Of course, you have access to a large screen and flipcharts.

BBQ

In the mood for something different? Our terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a good BBQ and relaxed tunes from the DJ in the background. The BBQ can take place at the end of the workday, or right after your meeting or event in one of our spaces. 

Our caterer does not offer standard BBQ, so your guests will be continually surprised. Barbecuing is possible with us for up to about 150 people.

Is the weather unexpectedly bad? In consultation, we can set up a marquee or see if it is possible to move the party indoors.
