What makes Zwier unique?

The five atmospheric meeting rooms, overlooking the Vinkeveense Plassen, offer space for groups of 8 to about 70 people and are in direct contact with nature. Especially for larger teams within this scale, Vrijhaven feels spacious and clear, without being impersonal. Thanks to the smart layout and multiple spaces, subgroups and breakout sessions can also be easily organized while everyone remains connected to the whole. Everything is within walking distance, ensuring a natural flow in the program and logistics that are right from start to finish. 

They take care of everything down to the last detail: from organic, nutritious vegetarian meals to inspiring activities such as sailing, ice baths, or breath sessions. The personal attention and flexible approach ensure that every program is truly customized.

The place for multi-day gatherings

During a multi-day gathering, there is simply more time to really dive deep with each other. Where one-day programs often feel full and rushed, multiple days create space for better conversations, new insights, and decisions that stick.

Because you stay overnight together, the pace naturally changes. Conversations continue during dinner or in the evening and have the time to develop. This creates more connection and a stronger outcome from the gathering.

With 48+ sleeping spots around the harbor and swimming pond, Zwier offers all the facilities for a comfortable and well-organized multi-day stay. An inspiring place in nature where content and environment together create a gathering with impact.

Winter at Zwier 
Even in winter, Vrijhaven Zwier is a place to break free from the daily work environment. Collaborate in one of our meeting rooms, step outside in between, and take the time for a good lunch from our own Zwier kitchen. Staying longer? End the day with a winter dinner, a campfire, and spend the night by the Vinkeveense Plassen. Suitable for one-day and multi-day gatherings of up to 50 people.
