Forest Room — natural and connecting

Hidden among the trees is the Forest Room of Yūgen Forest. Outside in the greenery, yet comfortably sheltered from the weather and wind thanks to two spacious, waterproof stretch tents: one measuring 9 by 12 meters among the trees and one measuring 10 by 15 meters in the open field in front. The forest accommodates the space. The fire pits invite togetherness, sharing stories, or connecting without words.

The wood-fired pizza oven and the BBQ make the Forest Room especially suitable for culinary moments. Dining at long tables in the beech avenue is an experience that participants will not soon forget. Adjacent is an open field of 1,200 m² with a view of the orchard, suitable for outdoor sessions, larger program components, or ceremonies in the greenery.

The Forest Room is suitable for active work forms, strategy days, retreats, ceremonies, and culinary events for up to 60 people seated or 120 people standing. The location is used as a complementary space for a multi-day program at Yūgen Forest and cannot be booked independently.

Included: seating for up to 60 people, fire pit including firewood, outdoor kitchenette with pizza oven, access to toilet building with 2 toilets. TV screens, flip charts, portable sound system, and wifi available upon request.
