PlanetProef is the culinary heart of Only Planet, where we show that eating responsibly is mainly very tasty and normal. Instead of a lecturing finger, we choose a positive and hopeful perspective on our shared future.

Realistic Balance: We use the scientific EAT-Lancet menu as a source of inspiration. This is a flexitarian diet that focuses on plant-based variety but allows small amounts of meat, fish, or dairy where it fits into a healthy and sustainable pattern.

Accessibility: The concept is designed to appeal to a broad audience, from food lovers to families and business guests. Local and Fresh: We work closely with farmers and suppliers within a radius of 50 km around the host cities Den Bosch, The Hague, and Utrecht.

Capacity: The restaurant offers 150 seats for a luxury dining experience, while the foyer accommodates up to 750 guests for an informal 'Streetfood Market' atmosphere.
