You can find several parking garages in the vicinity of Amare, for example Q-Park Spui, Stadhuis, Turfmarkt, Muzenplein, Stadhuis (limited opening hours!) en Veerkaden. Amare does not operate its own parking garage and doesn't hand out parking tickets.

What is the accessibility by car?

Amare is more easily accessible by public transport. If transport by car is necessary, one can best use the Q-park Spui as acces point.

Is the venue accessible by public transportation?

Amare is located at Spuiplein, in the centre of The Hague. It’s just a 5-minute stroll from The Hague’s main railway station (CS): simply follow Turfmarkt. From The Hague’s Holland Spoor railway station (HS), it’s a 15-minute walk. You can also catch a tram or bus to the Spui, Kalvermarkt/Stadhuis or Centrum stops, to arrive at Amare’s doorste

About the venue

Amare has been the new theater and conference center of the Netherlands since mid-2021. With two large theater halls and a more intimate hall, Amare offers a sea of space for conferences and events for up to 2700 visitors. Together with 4 different foyers and 7 meeting rooms, there is a range of possibilities for every business event. Surrounded by the city hall and ministries, it is also an ideal location for government-related conferences.

Optimal accessibility
Amare is located in a perfectly reachable, central location in The Hague. Just a stone's throw away from The Hague Central Station and the highways A12/A4/A44/A13. There are 4-8 trains per hour arriving and departing to Schiphol, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. Trams and buses stop right in front. Under Amare, there is both a bike parking with 1500 spots and a parking garage with 700 spots. In the vicinity, there are another 7 parking garages.

In the immediate vicinity of Amare, there are many three- and four-star hotels. Comfortable overnight stays are guaranteed. Amare has made price and room agreements with several hotels.

Surroundings
For those who want to unwind on the Scheveningen Pier after a conference or event: you can get there by tram in just a few stops. Prefer to see Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring or Mondrian's Victory Boogie Woogie? You can easily get there by walking or cycling.
