The setup can be adjusted to the program and the size of the group.

The Boardroom – 32 m² | 5 to 16 people
For smaller meetings and team sessions, The Boardroom offers a quiet and comfortable environment. The room has a fixed meeting table and a private terrace of 15 m². There is also a presentation screen, flip chart, brainstorming materials, coffee facilities, and a refrigerator available.

The Games Room – 32 m² | 5 to 16 people
The Games Room is suitable for smaller groups, creative sessions, and informal break-outs. The space can be used alongside a larger program or for teams that want to split up temporarily.

The Botanic – 117 m² | up to 70 people for dinner and up to 120 people standing
The Botanic offers a green and atmospheric environment for lunch, dinner, drinks, or parties. The glass walls provide views of the pond and gardens and ensure plenty of daylight. In good weather, the program can easily extend to the terrace.

The Lobby – 100 m²
The Lobby is a cozy space with a bar and fireplace and can be used during a full buy-out of Basecamp Amsterdam or as a place for a closing drink after a meeting or event.

The Gardens
The green outdoor spaces are suitable for outdoor activities, informal break-outs, and special outdoor dinners. This allows the program to be easily alternated with moments in the fresh air.
