The Brielse Boer is a location with a rich history. For generations, the Rodenburg family has been farming and running a business from the Ondernemingspolder, located in Zwartewaal. Besides arable farming, there has always been another branch of activity on the farm. This is how the Brielse Boer came to be. In the years 2021-2022, the monumental barn was transformed into a meeting and event location. We have preserved the authentic atmosphere and equipped the building with modern conveniences. We have underfloor heating and a climate system. Huge concrete-look walls, wooden beams, and atmospheric windows alternate with trendy hanging plants, black cladding, and all the comfort of today.
Our location is versatile. We have already hosted network and business drinks, masterclass meetings, New Year's receptions, anniversary parties for companies and individuals, meetings of government agencies, a Ladies soirée, markets, fairs, photo shoot days, and team days.
We will discuss together what setup is needed and desired for your event. We have various partners with whom we can create the perfect setting.
We are also happy to tailor the catering to your wishes. Reception with coffee, tea, and a treat, an extensive lunch, or would you prefer a picnic bag to enjoy some fresh air along our fields, an afternoon snack, shared dining, a BBQ, or maybe a food truck? It's all possible.
During your stay at our location, you and your guests will receive exclusive service. The location and the team are entirely at your disposal, as we always host only one group of guests at a time.
The Brielse Boer officially consists of one space, but due to the thoughtful layout of this location, it actually brings only possibilities and the space is naturally divided. With the restrooms and an office placed in the middle of the barn, many cozy corners and options arise to make optimal use of the space in various ways.
