Give your next gathering space at Château de Looz. Among the orchards of Belgian Haspengouw, you will find a domain with characterful lounges, gardens by the water, a large banquet hall, and 46 rooms and suites. A place where a work session can transition into a good conversation during dinner, and where no one has to go home immediately afterwards.

Nine locations, one cohesive program

From executive meetings and workshops to presentations, corporate dinners, and multi-day retreats: we think along with you about a program that fits your team, goals, and budget. Four meeting lounges with natural light and audiovisual facilities are complemented by the historic Salon de Looz, Le Grand Salon de Looz, the Castle Lounge, and two outdoor locations.

Le Grand Salon de Looz accommodates up to 180 guests in gala setup or 300 in theater or standing setup. The historic Salon de Looz is suitable for groups of 10 to 50 people, depending on the setup. The inner courtyard has space for up to 500 guests. For the Great Lawn of 5,000 m², we aim for 1,500 guests for a standing reception, 1,000 in theater setup, and 750 for a dinner. The final layout and capacity will be adjusted based on the program and the required facilities.

Meeting arrangements

A Salon Meeting of four hours can be booked from €49 per person, including lounge, standard AV, wifi, coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and a meeting break. A full meeting day of eight hours costs from €85 per person, including lounge, AV, wifi, drinks, two breaks, and a sandwich lunch. The arrangements are available from eight persons; we will match the suitable lounge to your group. The mentioned prices include VAT and are subject to availability and the chosen program.

Custom audiovisual technology

Additional audiovisual technology is available upon request. From presentations and speeches to live entertainment: we adjust sound, light, image, and technical support to your program, the chosen space, and your budget. Discuss your wishes in advance so we can prepare a suitable solution and quote.

From the first coffee to the last glass

Reception with coffee, lunch, aperitif, private dining, or an elaborate dinner: food and drinks follow the rhythm of your gathering. This can be in Brasserie Léonard, one of the lounges or banquet halls, or outdoors on request. Henry's Bar is a cozy place to wrap up together.

Stay overnight and take your time

With 46 rooms and suites on the domain, you can combine work, dining, and overnight stays in one location. For extra overnight stays, sister castle Château de La Motte, three kilometers away, has 17 rooms available upon request.

An other conversation begins outside

Change content with a walk, bike ride, or Vespa or 2CV route through Haspengouw. Creative, sporty, and culinary team building is also possible upon request with experienced partners. The gardens, inner courtyard, and terraces provide space for a break, reception, or outdoor program.
