Located at the heart of the Leiden Bio Science Park, the CORPUS Congress Centre boasts a range of versatile venues. The lounge, a spacious, 450m2 area with a soaring 7-meter ceiling, features a modern bar and a sunny terrace. This bright, central hub is ideal for catering, networking, or taking a break. Adjacent to the lounge is the crown jewel of the centre: a large 568m2 conference hall. Perfectly suited for sessions of up to 540 attendees, this hall can be swiftly adapted to accommodate 300 participants with additional breakout rooms.
On the 8th floor, you'll find a penthouse offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Dutch coastline. This airy 90m2 space can host up to 60 attendees, whether for a theater-style presentation or a dinner arrangement. If you're eyeing a cozy venue for a workshop or a casual get-together, the penthouse is an excellent choice.

CORPUS has a parking garage with 110 parking spaces. The parking fee is set at €7.50 per vehicle (€6.20 excluding VAT). For business events, we operate a system based on parking passes, charged per usage. You will only be billed for passes that are actually used. Should your guests pay for their own parking costs, they can purchase their pass at the reception desk. If our car park is full, we will secure additional parking in nearby locations. We will be sure to keep you informed ahead of time and will handle all logistical arrangements. For larger events, we will gladly provide parking attendants to welcome your guests and guide them to the appropriate parking spaces. The cost for a parking attendant is €29.50 p.p.p.h. The minimum requirement is 4 hours per attendant. Given the ongoing construction activities in the Leiden Bio Science Park, we will assess the situation for each event and devise a tailored plan accordingly.
CORPUS is easily accessible by public transport. Leiden Central Station is 3 kilometres away, and you can take the public transport bicycle from there or CORPUS can be reached by bus 9, 90, or 38.
Next to CORPUS is the Hilton Leiden Garden Inn hotel.
CORPUS works with a fixed caterer. However, it is also possible to choose your own caterer.
At CORPUS, you can host an evening party, and there is no end time for it.
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 6 months in advance. After that, CORPUS Congress Centre charges a cancellation fee that depends on the date the event is cancelled. Check the website www.corpuscongresscentre.nl for an overview of all terms and conditions.
Easily accessible, CORPUS is situated along the A44, close to Leiden at exit 8. It boasts an indoor parking facility. For guests with limited mobility, there's an option to be dropped off right at the building's entrance.
