The Houthallen | Industrial event location with urban beach near Breda

Sustainable, industrial, casual and different from the rest, that is The Houthallen. This hidden gem is located on an old industrial site and combines a unique urban beach with large self-tap beer walls and wine that you can tap straight from the barrel. A trendy, sustainable location that you don’t come across every day, and the perfect place for a team outing, company party or breakout session.

Presentation space
Adjacent to the spacious indoor area is a room with a stage and presentation tools, suitable for a speech, training, performance or business presentation.

Sustainability as a starting point
The Houthallen is located in a former school chair factory. All the interior and materials are recycled or vintage, making the location one of the most sustainable event venues in the Breda region.

Urban beach
Next to the hall lies a private urban beach, completely at your disposal. Cozy furnished with sand, palm trees, high and low tables and the possibility for music. Ideal for:

• A relaxing chill spot after an intense event
• Informal drinks and networking moments

Accessibility & parking
The Houthallen is located on the former factory site Galvanitas, directly off the A27 just before Breda. There is parking space for up to 300 cars on and around the site.

Capacity
With 1,000 m² of indoor space, 300 m² of urban beach and an extensive factory site, The Houthallen offers plenty of opportunities for group events of any size.
