The Houthallen | Industrial event location with city beach near Breda

Sustainable, industrial, relaxed, and different from the rest, that is The Houthallen. This hidden gem is located on an old industrial site and combines a unique city beach with large self-service beer walls and wine that you can tap straight from the barrel. A trendy, sustainable location that you won't come across easily, and the perfect place for a team outing, company party, or breakout session.

Presentation space
Adjacent to the spacious indoor area is a room with a stage and presentation equipment, suitable for a speech, training, performance, or business presentation.

Sustainability as a starting point
The Houthallen is located in a former school chair factory. All the interior and materials are recycled or vintage, making the location one of the most sustainable event venues in the Breda region.

City beach
Next to the hall is a private city beach, entirely at your disposal. Cosily furnished with sand, palm trees, high and low tables, and the option for music. Ideal for:

Accessibility & parking
The Houthallen is located on the former Galvanitas factory site, directly off the A27 just before Breda. There is parking space for up to 300 cars on and around the site.

With 1,000 m² of indoor space, 300 m² of city beach, and an extensive factory site, The Houthallen offers plenty of opportunities for group events of any size.
