About the venue
Visitors are almost always pleasantly surprised when they visit De Loft Lisse for the first time. And with good reason: De Loft Lisse is located in the former horticultural school in Lisse and has been designated a national monument. After a thorough renovation in 2005, the building has been restored to its beautiful state. Many historical details have been restored, such as stained glass windows and the staircase with its lovely balustrade.
A visit to De Loft is an introduction to the history of the Bollenstreek. The building is situated on the edge of bulb fields and has flower bulb companies Hobaho and CBC as neighbors. De Loft Lisse has also partnered with Museum De Zwarte Tulp, where some collection pieces have been placed at De Loft.
