Diya Events is a versatile event location at Brassersplein 1 in Delft, close to the A13. The venue can accommodate events for up to 180 guests and has two main spaces: an event hall and a restaurant. Both spaces can be used separately or combined. The location is suitable for business meetings, corporate parties, weddings, cultural events, receptions, dinners, and other special moments.

Diya Events has two main spaces and a lounge at the entrance. The event hall and restaurant can be used separately or together.

From reception to presentation, dinner, and party
Your event can logically change atmosphere throughout the day.

Guests, for example, enter through the lounge. Then a presentation or workshop begins in the event hall. The movable stage, projector, and sound facilities support the content program.

For lunch or dinner, the group moves to the restaurant. Large windows, greenery, and an adjoining bar give this space a more informal atmosphere. Afterward, the event hall can once again become the centerpiece for drinks or a party.

This way, you keep guests in one location while each part of your event gets its own setting.

Business meetings at Diya Events
The event hall can be set up for meetings, presentations, training sessions, and workshops. Seminars, brainstorming sessions, and team days are also possible.

For business meetings, we provide wifi, a projector, sound, and a flip chart. We also offer writing materials and technical support.

Our business meeting package is available for ten guests or more, on weekdays, and for a maximum of eight hours. The package includes a lunch buffet, fruit, and a standard drink arrangement.

Technology & facilities
The event hall has facilities that allow you to organize various programs.

You will find a movable stage, projector/projection, sound system, and microphone options. Tables, chairs, ambient lighting, and air conditioning are also available. Basic technical support is provided, and events can take place until 1:00 AM according to the current brochure.

Catering at Diya Events is not just a practical provision. Authentic Indian Food is our culinary signature.

Our catering can be tailored to a lunch, dinner, buffet, or drinks. You can choose vegetarian and non-veg dishes, served as a buffet, walking dinner, or seated dinner.

Think of biryani, tandoori specialties, curries, paneer, dal, naan, raita, and salads. Dietary wishes and allergens will also be discussed in advance. The menu is a basis; we will finalize the details based on your guests and program.

Would you prefer to work with your own supplier? External catering and your own drinks are possible by appointment. An additional service fee may apply. The personal quote is always leading.

Well accessible and free parking
Diya Events is located at Brassersplein 1, 2612 CT Delft, close to the A13. This makes the venue easily accessible from Delft, The Hague, Rijswijk, Rotterdam, and Pijnacker-Nootdorp.

You can park for free at the location. There are also charging options for electric cars available. First aid and any security are organized through Diya Events.

Together you discuss the date, group size, and desired room layout. Catering, technology, and any suppliers are also addressed. After that, you will receive a personal quote in which the agreements are recorded.
