Flexible meeting rooms and event spaces in Utrecht
Our meeting and event spaces are located on the ground floor of building 100 and can be fully customized for both small and large business gatherings.
We have:
2 spacious Eventspaces, perfect for presentations, workshops, training sessions, and networking drinks. The Eventspaces are bright rooms (can be darkened with curtains), spacious, flexible in layout, and equipped with large screens with HDMI connections.
1 Backspace, perfect as a training room, private dining location, or drinks area. A lockable and bright space with a folding door and a view of the green inner garden of the Dotslash Campus.
2 Boardrooms, ideal for (management) meetings, MT sessions, strategic gatherings, and training in a stylish setting. Standard equipped with a screen including HDMI connection, whiteboard or flip chart.
4 Meetingrooms, suitable for (team) meetings and brainstorming sessions. Also ideal as break-out rooms in combination with a hall. Standard equipped with a screen including HDMI connection and whiteboard.
Phone booths & Privacy room, 3 one-person phone booths, 1 two-person phone booth, and a privacy room ensure optimal peace and comfort during your gathering.
In-house catering – meeting with food & drinks
Dotslash has its own restaurant and professional banqueting service. We provide among other things:
