The Fokker Terminal in The Hague has grown into a busy congress location over the past 14 years. Due to its central location in the Randstad, excellent accessibility near the A4 and A12 highways, and the availability of over 400 parking spaces on-site, the venue is extremely suitable for organizing business meetings and congresses. The heart of the building is formed by the impressive 9-meter-high hangar that is 35 meters wide and 68 meters long, creating a characteristic and inspiring architecture. The hangar is spanned by a steel structure with glass light troughs that provide beautiful daylight, of which the last 4 light troughs can be darkened. At the back of the hangar, the imposing hangar doors are visible across the entire width. With a free floor area of over 2000m2, the hangar can be flexibly divided and is ideal for, among others, congresses, product presentations, trade shows, or corporate events. A movable fabric wall across the width of the hangar creates 2 segments in the hangar or reduces the space, depending on your group size. The Hangar accommodates a plenary setup for 250 to 1000 people, combined with, for example, a catering square or trade show floor. 

Directly around this hangar are 18 former classrooms, spread over the ground floor and the 1st floor. These classrooms are fully equipped sub-rooms with fixed AV technology. The rooms vary in size from 40 to 250 people.

Our experienced sales and event managers are happy to support you throughout the entire event process. From the initial proposal to the execution of your event, you will have the same contact person! So no account manager but a co-organizer who actively thinks along with you and personally oversees a constant quality on the floor.

 Setup, decoration, and branding 

We are happy to advise you on the further setup and decoration of the spaces. We have a large variety of our own furniture and (green) decoration in multiple styles, at competitive rates. We are happy to think along about translating your concept and corporate identity into an inspiring event design. We also provide a wide range of signage materials such as prints and banners if desired. 

What makes the Fokker Terminal truly unique is that almost any setting is possible. Whether you want a festival atmosphere or a networking square with stands in the first part of the hangar and a theater, center court, or lower house setup in the second part, everything is possible.
