Over 14 years, the Fokker Terminal in The Hague has grown into a popular conference location. Due to its central location in the Randstad, excellent accessibility near the A4 and A12 highways, and the availability of over 400 parking spaces on-site, the venue is extremely suitable for organizing business meetings and conferences. The heart of the building is formed by the impressive 9-meter high hangar, 35 meters wide and 68 meters long, which creates a characteristic and inspiring architecture. The hangar is spanned by a steel structure with glass skylights that provide beautiful daylight, of which the last 4 skylights can be darkened. At the back of the hangar, the imposing hangar doors are visible across the entire width. With a free floor space of over 2000m2, the hangar can be flexibly divided and is ideally suited for, among other things, conferences, product presentations, trade fairs, or corporate events. By using a movable partition wall across the width of the hangar, 2 segments can be created in the hangar or the space can be reduced, depending on your group size. The Hangar can accommodate a plenary setup of 250 to 1000 people, combined with, for example, a catering area or exhibition floor. 

Directly surrounding this hangar are 18 former classrooms, spread over the ground floor and 1st floor. These classrooms are fully furnished sub-rooms equipped with fixed AV technology. The rooms vary in size from 40 to 250 people.

Our experienced sales and event managers are happy to relieve you throughout the entire event process. From the first proposal to the execution of your event, you will have the same contact person! So no account manager, but a co-organizer who actively thinks along with you and personally ensures constant quality on-site.

 Interior, decoration, and branding 

We are happy to advise you on the further furnishing and styling of the spaces. We have a wide variety of our own furniture and (green) decoration in multiple styles, at competitive rates. We are happy to think along about the translation of your concept and branding into an inspiring event design. We can also provide a wide range of signage materials such as prints and banners, if desired. 

What makes the Fokker Terminal truly unique is that almost every setting is possible. Whether you want a festival atmosphere or a networking area with stands in the first part of the hangar and a theater, center court, or lower house setup in the second part, everything is possible. Even in terms of audio-visual options and branding & signage, we think along with you down to the smallest detail.
