IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 6 TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 25% OF THE CATERING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; C. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 4 TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 50% OF THE CATERING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; D. IN THE PERIOD SHORTER THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 100% OF THE CATERING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. OTHER COSTS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES IN CASE OF AN APPLICATION FOR ANNULMENT: A. NO OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED UNTIL 12 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT EXECUTION DATE. B. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 12 TO 10 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 25% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED. C. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 10 TO 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 50% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED. D. IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 6 TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 75% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED. E. IN THE PERIOD SHORTER THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, 100% OF THE OTHER COSTS WILL BE CHARGED. IF SUPPLIERS WHO DO NOT AGREE WITH THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE USED WITH RESPECT TO THE OTHER COSTS, THE CONTRACTOR WILL AGREED THIS WITH THE CLIENT PRIOR TO THE CONFIRMATION. AT THE TIME OF COORDINATION, BUT IN ANY CASE PRIOR TO THE EXECUTION DATE OF THE EVENT, THE CLIENT MUST SIGN A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WITH DIFFERENT CONDITIONS THAT MATCH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SUPPLIER IN QUESTION.
