Prefer to set up your own concept? That’s possible in the tasting kitchen too! This demonstration kitchen is perfect for product launches or relationship events, for example.

Meeting
Organize a conference, product launch, kick-off, or client day in our Oyster Room. Upon entering, your guests step into the world of food. From food art to food courts and food info displays; the Mauritskazerne offers a completely themed setting for your event. Prefer to host your event or meeting online? Circular location with a rich history
The Mauritskazerne was built between 1904 and 1906 in neo-Renaissance style. The grand entrance, high ceilings, and large arched windows give this location a unique look. The industrial appearance is enhanced by the interior, which mainly consists of reused materials. The monumental barracks have recently been fully made sustainable, allowing you to benefit from the comfort of today. The location not only has an inspiring past but also a story for the future. What you eat and drink comes from farmers, bakers, and other food producers from the FoodValley region. Delicious, fair, sustainable, circular, and future-proof.

Station location with parking facilities
The Mauritskazerne is located in Ede, centrally in the Netherlands. Just a 5-minute walk from the intercity station Ede-Wageningen, but it’s also easily accessible by car. You can get there from the A12 motorway in 10 minutes. Parking is available in a large parking lot close to the barracks.
