The open kitchen stimulates your senses with classic and refined dishes, prepared with honest products, some of which come from our own vegetable garden.

While you enjoy your lunch or dinner, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings, with a terrace overlooking the Geniedijk, part of the famous Stelling van Amsterdam, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. 

Our wine cellar houses a carefully curated selection of wines from over 125 different wineries, accompanied by our sommelier, who advises you with dedication and passion in choosing the perfect wine for every moment. 

Den Burgh has several private spaces suitable for meetings, training, or private dining. 

We are closed on the weekends.
