The building features the monumental Turbine Hall, where energy was once generated for the port and residents, the Megawatt, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests, and two break-out rooms, suitable for parallel sessions, workshop space, and meetings. The robust setting of the Schiecentrale makes every event unique.

Inspired by history
The Schiecentrale was built in 1904 and was the first power plant in Rotterdam. A large complex with, among other things, a transformer house, turbine hall, and boiler house. The original building is now a national monument.

Industrial & homey
The building features a ceiling of about twelve meters high. This unique characteristic makes the space fully customizable to your own wishes. With scaffolding elements, different levels have been created, allowing the hall to be experienced on multiple levels.
