Stadsfort Zwier

On a historic site just outside Amsterdam lies Stadsfort Zwier: an old fort that receives new life as a unique location for business meetings and events. Here, in the midst of greenery and surrounded by water and history, you will find all the space to come together with your team or organization. Through our personal attention and truly looking at the content of the day together, we ensure that everything is right. 

The heart of the area is the Genieloods. A large, bright space with high windows, rugged details, and all the facilities you need. Ideal for groups of up to 100 people. Think of training sessions, events, seminars, or presentations. The hall has its own technology, a living room, a Zwier kitchen, and a spacious terrace outside.

In 2026, we will further expand the fort with a meeting room for smaller groups; the Fortwachterswoning. This space can also be used as a breakout room when you use the Genieloods.
