Genieloods available from January 2026!

A characterful, industrial hall in the middle of greenery. That is the Genieloods at Stadsfort Zwier. This spacious, bright location accommodates up to 100 people, making it ideal for larger gatherings such as training sessions, events, retreats, presentations, or conferences. The atmosphere is open and warm, with large windows, plenty of daylight, and views of the fort grounds.

Various setups are possible in the space, and Zwier is happy to assist if the request is a bit different than usual. All facilities are available, such as professional lighting & sound, projector screen, microphones, flip charts, wifi, and air conditioning. Zwier has its own kitchen with organic and vegetarian catering. Those who wish can extend the day with activities or even an overnight stay at the nearby location: Vrijhaven Zwier at the Vinkeveense Plassen.
