Stadsfort Zwier

On a historic site just outside Amsterdam lies Stadsfort Zwier: an old fort that is given new life as a unique location for business meetings and events. Here, in the middle of greenery and surrounded by water and history, you will find all the space to come together with your team or organization. With our personal attention and a real focus on the content of the day, we ensure that everything is just right. 

The heart of the area is the Genieloods. A large, bright space with high windows, rugged details, and all the facilities you need. Ideal for groups of up to 100 people. Think of training sessions, events, seminars, or presentations. The warehouse has its own technology, a living room, a Zwier kitchen, a spacious outdoor terrace, and there is also a stretch tent (220m2) on the grounds suitable for lunch, dinner, drinks, or as a space for activities. Suitable both in summer and winter. 

There is also a meeting room available for smaller groups (max. 18 persons); the Fortwachterswoning. This space can also be used as a breakout room when you make use of the Genieloods.

Winter at Stadsfort Zwier
A year-end meeting, kick-off, or wintry team day has all the space at Stadsfort Zwier. In the Genieloods, we welcome groups of up to 100 people. The adjacent stretch tent is equipped with sidewalls and heating in the winter and forms a nice spot for a lunch, drinks, or dinner.
