TOBACCO: It is an internationally acclaimed venue where passionate people value your success. The venue features 10 fantastic, meticulously styled rooms, available for separate rental if desired.
TOBACCO has access to a spacious catering kitchen with a fantastic in-house kitchen team. If desired, we can put Michelin chef Dennis Huwae exclusively at the helm for you.
TOBACCO offers almost too many possibilities (in addition to its cultural performances) to simply list for business events. Experience it yourself in our 3D tour, our personal tour by our director Nina Perdoli, view our exclusive magazine, or... come visit, and we promise "oooh's" and "aaaah's" upon entry and a deep bow from us when leaving if you inquire about the venue's availability on a specific date. Friends forever!
Congress/Seminar: international allure, creative appeal, professional technology, theater lighting, impressive theater hall, 9 breakout rooms, and the best kitchen in town. Groups from 50 to a maximum of 350 people in the theater hall. Capacity of the entire venue including breakouts: 600 guests.
Meeting: exchange of ideas in various settings such as the Library, Foyer, Bankgeheim, Wine Cellar, Studio, or the large Theater Hall. Intimacy and exclusivity are guaranteed for the free spirit.
Product Presentation: industrial look, creative exclusivity, the city of Amsterdam, and an impressive Theater Hall are the ingredients that TOBACCO can provide to showcase and make your specific product shine. Corporate Party/Staff Party: we may boast that we are 'the best place in town' for a company party of 200 to 500 guests. With expertise in lighting, sound, entertainment, show, and various rooms, we create the atmosphere that fits any type of company party.
Dinner: Walking dinner, food stations, Live cooking, buffet, or just a burger with good Belgian fries... that's all TOBACCO. And if we want to sit on top of the hill, we can also work fantastically with Michelin star Dennis Huwaë in our kitchen with various types of dinners. Food stations... yes, those too!
We make it a big celebration where guests can say afterward... we have enjoyed a grand star-studded dinner together.
It can (but certainly doesn't have to): Michelin kitchen Chef Dennis Huwaë of TOBACCO in Amsterdam has received the honorable mention from Michelin since March 2021. The co-owner of Restaurant Daalder and responsible for TOBACCO's star catering for 6 years, this is a tremendous boost not only for TOBACCO but especially for our guests. They can enjoy a star-studded dinner at very reasonable prices!

Tobacco theater is easily accesible by public transportation. TRAM With tram 4 and 14 from Amsterdam Central station, get off at the stop “Rokin” SUBWAY The North/South line departs from Amsterdam Noord station and Amsterdam Central station, where you take the metro in the direction of 'Zuid'. This same line also departs from the RAI and Station Zuid, then take the metro in the direction of 'Noord'. You get off again at the “Rokin” stop. For other options, please refer to 9292.nl.
There are several places to stay near TOBACCO Theater. Via www.booking.com it is easy to find a hotel.
At Tobacco Theatre it is possible to bring your own caterer. However, you need to pay a catering fee.
At Tobacco Theatre, you can hold a party untill 01.00 AM. Possibly untill 01.30 AM.
Cancellation (partial) rental of the theater: - You will receive a confirmation for your reservation of one or more areas of the TOBACCO Theater. After your final agreement, cancellation of the rooms is no longer possible. Cancellation of food, beverages, technology and personnel: - In case of written cancellation, two months or more before the start of your event, 25% of the confirmed amount will be charged. - In case of written cancellation, one month or more before the start of your event, 50% of the confirmed amount will be charged. - In case of written cancellation, 14 days or more before the start of your event, 75% of the confirmed amount will be charged. - In case of written cancellation on the day of your event up to and including 13 days before your performance date, 100% of the confirmed will be charged.
