Business meetings in a homely atmosphere
The monument consists of the Villa, the former Head Office, and an architectural garden with a pond, a green oasis in the center of Utrecht. The two buildings are connected by a pergola with a sunny terrace.
Villa Jongerius has 11 rooms that accommodate conferences, meetings, and gatherings for group sizes of up to 150 people. The stylish Villa has 5 atmospheric rooms, all with access to a terrace or balcony. The industrial former Head Office has 5 rooms and a Grand Café with a large terrace.
All spaces have plenty of natural light. Both buildings can also be rented exclusively for your meeting. Each room has its own atmosphere and appearance that fits your type of meeting and group size.
Artisanal and homemade catering
We cook in our own kitchen in an artisanal way, using fresh ingredients and passion, with as many products from the region as possible.
Sustainable location
Villa Jongerius does everything possible to save the environment without compromising on comfort and quality for the guests. The restored former Head Office is equipped with a thick layer of insulation and solar panels. The building is heated by a water heat pump, and the circulation system ensures fresh, healthy air. Furthermore, we use LED lighting, separate waste, and purchase as much as possible regionally.
Optimally accessible and free parking
About a 12-minute walk from Utrecht Central station, a bus stop at the entrance, and about 5 minutes from the A2 and A12 highways. Villa Jongerius has 50 free parking spaces, of which 6 have charging stations. The former Head Office is accessible for people with disabilities.
