Een unieke ruimte bij ons in het pand. Ons bootterras is een omgebouwd ponton wat nu dient als buitenterras op het water. Vanaf het bootterras heb je een wijds uitzicht over de oude binnenhaven waar met enige regelmaat binnenvaartschepen passeren. Het terras is toegankelijk vanuit Havenzicht en het Pakhuis.
