On Forteiland Pampus, you experience team building in the form of immersive games, specially developed for the island and guided by professional actors. From the boat trip, you leave the daily dynamics behind and step together into a story.

The active programs take place on and in the fort and are based on the history and character of Pampus. Teams work together, solve assignments, and experience the island as a playing field. The guidance from actors adds excitement, humor, and real interaction.

Popular programs include Flight from Pampus (escape game in the fort), P.U.P. - Pampus Urgency Platform (sustainability game with action and insight), COCOC (historical platoon program), and Project Pampus, where teams literally contribute to the maintenance of the island.

Suitable for groups of around 20 to 200 people. Smaller or larger groups are possible with customization. Complete day programs, including boat and catering, are available from €100 per person.
