Bakkerij 1 (Beurshal)

With 5700 m2, Bakery 1 is the largest space in The Bread Factory. This is where the tunnels and ovens of the former bakery used to be located.

Daylight enters through skylights. Loading and unloading is done through the loading and unloading door. The highest point in the hall is 6.53 meters, the lowest point is 4.96 meters.
