The former farm with stables has been transformed into a multifunctional space. The characteristic shape of the 'golle' (attached stable-barn) is still clearly visible. In the space, a number of small houses have been placed. These houses divide the large barn into different, more usable areas. Additionally, the green roof of one of the houses makes the space ecologically cohesive.

Attention has been paid to the original farm barn down to the smallest details. For example, the original barn windows have been preserved, there is a green concrete floor, and materials such as concrete, steel stairs, and various types of wood have been used.

The farm has an area of 456 m2 with different spaces. A plenary meeting, workshops on the ground floor, a drink in the old hayloft followed by dinner, or a brainstorming session in the skybox. Everything is possible.
