About the space
The Boscafé in the Visitors Centre of the Amsterdamse Bos is a place where craftsmanship and nature come together. The interior is entirely made from elm wood sourced from the forest itself and carefully designed and built by the in-house carpenters of the Amsterdamse Bos, inspired by the characteristic style of the Amsterdam School. This gives the café a warm, authentic look with a unique story.
The Boscafé is the ideal location for a relaxed gathering. From a cozy drink with colleagues to an atmospheric BBQ on the spacious terrace, from a Friday or Thursday afternoon drink to a farewell or Christmas drink, every meeting here feels naturally relaxed and personal. Also, as part of a day in the forest, for example after a meeting or activity, it is the perfect place to wind down together.
Additionally, the Boscafé is excellent for an informal lunch with colleagues after a morning in nature. Inside, you enjoy the warm ambiance and the artisanal interior, while outside you take in the greenery and tranquility of the forest. A place where you can escape the hustle and come together in a natural setting.
