You always rent the GenietMee HUB exclusively, so both the ground floor and the upper floor. Upstairs, you enter a bright, creative, and high space that immediately inspires. Here you can choose from various colorful seating options: from benches, poufs to chairs. At the front, we have workspaces with a view of the park, equipped with movable tables that you can use however you like.

What does the upper floor offer?
✔️ A playground where you can sit with 25 people in theater or circle style. But you can also place the movable tables here.
✔️ Two zoom-out chairs where you can sit and literally and figuratively take a step back and zoom out.
✔️ Two acoustic chairs where you can relax for a bit.
✔️ By the window with a view of the park, movable tables with 9 workspaces. These tables can be rearranged and can also be placed on the other side upstairs.
✔️ A lovely couch to relax on or to use when you are working in smaller groups.

✔️ A 75 inch screen, whiteboard, and a mural 'futureproof' that you can also use for business purposes.
