Carstens Brasserie

Carstens is an urban brasserie, located opposite Amsterdam Central Station. With its signature dishes, Carstens creates a connection between the farm and the city in a relaxed and approachable environment. All ingredients come from local soil and waters or have a clear link with the Netherlands. It is the perfect location in the heart of Amsterdam to host your event or gathering. The brasserie can accommodate groups of up to 85 people and is open daily for lunch, dinner or drinks on request.

Celebrate your anniversary with an extensive menu to share, interrupt a day of meetings with a 3-course menu for lunch served within the hour, or organize a social gathering or walking dinner. In addition to a Dutch-inspired menu, Carstens also offers an extensive beverage menu comprising beers, wines and cocktails with a Dutch origin, or made by Dutch producers.
